The Path to Home Ownership

For many, rising interest rates and prices are just yet another barrier to the dream of home ownership. At CBEL, one of our priorities is to listen to the lived experiences of our neighbors and lift their voices and concerns to our Collaborative of local leaders. Barriers to home ownership are frequently shared as major concerns—and we want to help our neighbors break those down.

We’re currently in the early stages of developing a continuum of supportive housing services for neighborhoods with an NFC. These are big, audacious goals with complex questions and we’d love the expertise of our community to successfully address them. If you are interested or have information on transitional housing services, low-barrier permanent housing, or low-interest/little-down loans, we’d love to hear from you!
